Winning the 1978 Grammy for Best Engineered album, although it was pipped at the post by Rumours for the coveted album of the year title, one can but admire the brilliant production and sleek songwriting ( Deacon Blues takes sublimity to the another level and inspired a group of talented young Glaswegians to name themselves similarly )
