Refund policy
Faulty Items are either returnable or repaired FOC depending on the length of time since your purchase, according to the Consumer Rights Act. This applies whether you purchased the item in store, on the phone, by email or online.
If you change your mind or decide you don’t like the item then your rights depend on how you purchased it. There is no legal right of return or refund for items bought in store, but if you bought your item online, or over the phone then different rules apply. You have a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us that you’d like to cancel your order to return the goods to us.
Special order or made to order items
These cannot normally be returned. However, where we agree to the return then providing you return your item to us in a ‘sealed’ (unopened/unused) condition within 28 days of purchase then a 15% re-stocking charge applies.
Unfortunately, goods which do not comply with this condition will be subject to an additional 15% handling fee.
In-store purchases of standard items
We will happily refund or exchange your purchase in full if for any reason you return your item to us in a ‘sealed’ (unopened/unused) condition within 28 days of purchase. As you can appreciate, all goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition complete with packaging and all accessories (please note, for hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on earphones). If the item has been opened or used then we are unable to resell them as new. Therefore, a 25% handling fee may be deducted if they are returned within 28 days of purchase in mint condition with all packaging/accessories (excludes earphones). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Standard items bought over the phone or online
We will happily accept the return of your online purchase, in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. complete with the original box, packaging, and all included accessories) under the following circumstances:
If you wish to return goods (other than faulty goods) you must notify us of your intention to do so within 14 days of the date of receipt by you. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods from this notification date.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act
You may return goods and obtain a full refund of the cost of the good/s you have ordered, provided you notify us of your intention to do so within 14 days of the date of receipt by you (in the case of a multiple order, within 14 days of receiving the last item). You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods from this notification date. We will aim to send you a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods from you. You must pay for the cost of returning the item.
Please ensure that you take reasonable care of any goods we deliver to you. As you can appreciate, all goods must be returned in a reasonable re-saleable condition (please note, for hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on earphones if used). You will not receive a refund for special order or made to order products. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. All goods to be returned to us must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
