Look Who’s Back

We are pleased to announce we’ll reopen on Tuesday 16th June 10am and thank you for your patience over the last difficult weeks.
Like many companies, the welfare of our staff and customers are at the forefront of our mind so we’ll have extra safety measures in place when we reopen.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard to make sure that we can reopen in the safest way possible. Thanks to the tireless efforts and advice of RETRA, we would like to let you know what we’ve done to ensure that the risks for both yourselves and our team are minimised. To aid social distancing, demonstrations will be ‘By Appointment Only’ and will be restricted to one person or one couple at a time.

General Information

Hand sanitising stations with paper towel dispensers and bins can be found by the entrance to the store, at the bottom of the stairwell and upstairs between the two demonstration rooms. All doors that are not fire doors will be left open to reduce contact and we ask that you do not touch demonstration equipment, instead asking a member of staff for help. Perspex barriers are in place at our counter and we ask that payments by cash are avoided. We will disinfect our card payment machine after each time that it is used. Finally, a good supply of both masks and gloves are available for those who would like to take advantage of this extra level of protection. Our team are happy to wear gloves or masks during your visit if you would prefer, please just let us know.

Social Distancing Guidelines

We will be limiting the number of customers in the store to two people at a time in order to allow everyone to follow the government guidelines on Social Distancing. We are laying out markers on the shop floor to indicate direction of travel and the recommended two metre spacing. Inside the store, in areas where guidelines cannot be followed, such as the stairwell, we ask that these areas are used by only one person at a time.

In-store Demonstrations

We are very pleased to be able to restart offering demonstrations of equipment in-store from the 16th June. Demonstrations must be booked in advance to ensure that we can properly clean the room following setting up equipment. Doors that are not fire doors will be left open so that door handles do not need to be touched. A wireless buzzer is available to call a member of staff and will be disinfected between demonstrations.

Deliveries, Home Demonstrations and Installations

We will continue to offer our contactless deliveries service as well as regular courier options.
Basic installations can be carried out when there is nobody in the property shielding or isolating and where social distancing guidelines can be maintained. We ask that doors to the installation area are left open so that door handles do not need to be touched. Once work has been completed we will clean the installation area and will describe which areas we have come into contact with. We have a good supply of masks and gloves kept in delivery vehicles and will be using hand sanitiser where appropriate.
If you would like to organise an installation, please get in touch so that we can work out the details of the safest way to proceed.
