The B&W 802 D3 delivers pristine, high-performance sound in any environment. It’s Diamond tweeter partners with a Continuum cone to ensure revealing natural sound that will leave you speechless.

The 802 D3 delivers breathtakingly revealing audio across the entire sound spectrum. It’s Diamond tweeter and Continuum cone deliver amazing levels of insight, while the Aerofoil bass cones supply ground shaking bass.

Continuum cone
The Continuum cone delivers pristine midrange performance by effectively negating the break-up behavior that can adversely effect this all-important part of the spectrum.

Plinth
The innovative plinth provides an incredibly solid base for the 800 Series Diamond. The spikes are ideally positioned below the cabinet, and ingenious engineering allows you to switch between castors and spikes with ease.

Solid body tweeter
The Diamond dome tweeter is housed in a solid piece of aluminum. This mechanically inert structure provides an incredibly rigid platform from which the tweeter can deliver crystal clear sound.

Matrix
Bracing is essential in keeping a speaker stable, so the character of instruments comes through cleanly. Developed using computer modeling and constructed from wood ply with metal reinforcement, Matrix offers the ultimate in bracing.

Bowers & Wilkins

Bowers & Wilkins, or B&W, is a British company that produces audio equipment, most notably loudspeakers. B&W was founded in 1966 by John Bowers at Worthing, West Sussex, England. Currently, B&W, while still based in Worthing, is part of the B&W Group Ltd., which also includes audio equipment manufacturers Rotel and Classé.

B&W previously offered a range of electronics, such as amplifiers, under the Aura brand, but it was discontinued in 1997. Other sub-brands were 'John Bowers' for the Active One loudspeaker and preamp and 'Rock Solid' for a lifestyle speaker range. The B&W 'Blue Room' brand for 'Pod' speakers disappeared as these are currently produced and sold by Scandyna.[1] From 1988 to 1996 B&W ran their own record label.
